As a Landlord, you are legally required to have all gas appliances within your property safety checked once every 12 months. You must also hold an up to date Gas Safe Registry Check. (CP12). As registered & qualified gas & central heating engineers, we are able to issue landlord’s safety certificates and can provide you with a prompt and reliable breakdown service. As part of our service to you we will send you an annual reminder for your landlord safety check. You can choose to have a stand-alone certificate or include a service in with our visit.
