Ken Routledge Plumbing and Heating is a small company that works slightly differently to some other Plumbing & Heating companies. We go the extra mile to ensure that you, as our customer, are happy with the work and want us to work in your property again. We always strive to ensure that the work is to a very high standard and our yardstick is to carry out work that we would accept in our own home.

When we start a job with you we ensure that you are fully aware of what will happen, when it is going to happen and when to expect us to be completed (this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances) but in this instance we will keep you informed of our progress. We do not start a job and jump to another job half way through. We treat all our customers with respect and each one of you is very important to us. We want you to tell your friends about our services and standards. Most of our work is repeat work which is a testament to our commitment to ensure you get the job that you pay for, money is tight so we don’t want you to waste it on poor workmanship.
